Cartographica 1.2.4
Cartographica 1.2.4 is a bug fix and enhancement release for Cartographica 1.2 and contains a number of bug fixes and a few minor feature additions.

OS Compatibility
This version is tested for use with 10.6 and 10.7.
Cartographica requires Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion) or 10.6.8+ (Snow Leopard) and an Intel processor.

Feature Enhancements
- Add support for exporting multi-image raster layers as images or .sqlite databases (for use with CartoMobile)
- DEM files can now be merged into a single layer and output to CartoMobile
User Interface Changes
- After finding a missing file, the original map set is marked as dirty, so that you can save the new location.
- When searching for missing files, the prompt starts out either in the last place you found component files or in the directory containing the document itself.
Bugs Fixed
- Fixed bug which could cause a crash or exception when re-projecting large numbers of small layers on multi-core machines with >2 cores
- Fixed bug which could cause simplification to throw exceptions, possibly stalling Projections
- Fixed rare bug which could cause problems when writing DBF Data containing long characters in path names from importing Pictures for geocoding
- Fixed bug which could cause crash when closing a window or quitting while a draw operation is going on.
- Fixed a problem which cause stalling out while loading map sets with large numbers of layers under Lion
- Fixed bug in Legend which would result in strange output with Live Map layers
- Fixed bug which could result in crashes when finishing editing or adding a feature
- Find prompt for missing files now comes up as a sheet attached to the window that contains the document being opened
- Fixed pinch-zoom effect so that it is centered on the mouse location, not on the window
Known issues
Version 1.2.4 has the following known issues:
- WFS access is read only. No changes are saved to the server.
- WFS client retrieves too much data in some queries.
